Muxflow Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 7, 2026
Muxflow does not collect personal data. We do not receive your host addresses, SSH credentials, terminal contents, files, prompts, or voice recordings. Muxflow has no advertising, tracking, or usage analytics.
Your device and your hosts
Muxflow connects directly to SSH hosts you choose. Commands, files, and other session data travel between your device and those hosts over SSH, without passing through a Muxflow service.
The app stores connection settings and preferences on your device. On iOS, SSH private keys are stored in the device's Keychain. Local diagnostic logs and support bundles are not uploaded automatically.
If you use voice mode, the app records audio with your permission and sends it to your selected host for transcription. We do not receive it. Software and coding agents you run on your hosts have their own data practices.
Services you choose to use
The desktop and Android apps check GitHub for updates. GitHub receives the network request, but Muxflow does not send your host details or usage data. The iOS app uses TestFlight for beta updates. Apple may provide developers with crash reports and feedback through TestFlight under Apple's own privacy practices.
If you email us or choose to share feedback or diagnostics, we receive the information you send and use it to respond to your request.
